We’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketer to skyrocket the growth of WealthMore. We’ve got aggressive goals & we know that the right person can build the right foundation and launch breakthrough campaigns to ensure our target users hear about and tell their friends about WealthMore.

About You

• You’re a generalist at heart and aren’t afraid to try new things!
• A big job is your North Star and you're not afraid of a fast paced environment
• PPC, SEO, CRM, CRO are your favorite things
• You know omni channel engagement is key: email, text messages, in app notifications, regular delivery of compelling content-e.g. articles, posts
• You have built a company's social presence and managed it ongoing
• You 💙 engaging consumers thru video campaigns on LinkedIn, Tiktok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram and Spotify
• ‘If you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it,’ is a way of life
• Your favorite trend line is up and to the right
• You’re a manager-of-one and can execute on several projects & see them through to completion

Qualifications

• You have a proven growth track record with samples and results of campaigns
• Comfortable with Hubspot, Google Analytics, SEMrush and various ad platforms
• A strong interest in new technologies & products
• Able to work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Content, & Product to determine the best strategies for growth
• A background in content creation — written, video, social, etc.
• PPC & Social Ad management
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of SEO
