As a Senior Human Resources Generalist, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape our dynamic culture and values as we scale globally. You will be the go-to HR expert, driving growth and supporting our diverse international team across the US, UK, the Philippines, Australia, and Singapore. This role offers a variety of challenges and the chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. What you'll do

  • HR Expertise: Serve as the primary HR contact for various employee-related issues, ensuring effective HR practices across multiple business units.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage and optimize employee benefits programs, including 401k, retirement, medical, dental, and vision coverage. Regularly assess offerings for market competitiveness and company impact, ensure regulatory compliance, and effectively oversee brokers and third-party partners.
  • Process Improvement: Streamline HR processes, support recruiting and onboarding, and enhance employee engagement through recognition and development programs.
  • Compliance & Data: Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws. Analyze HRIS data to drive business decisions and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and best practices.
  • Global Initiatives: Contribute to global HR programs, such as mentorship and training, while promoting an inclusive and diverse workplace.
  • Team Management: Potentially oversee and mentor 1-2 HR team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
  • Employee Engagement: Implement and support initiatives to boost employee morale, including recognition programs and activities aimed at increasing engagement and productivity.

Who you are

  • 5+ years in HR with at least 2 years at a senior level, including significant experience in benefits administration and compliance across multiple states.
  • 3+ years in Benefits Administration and management experience with Global Benefits management being a plus.
  • Experience in a Marketing or Marketing Services industry with salary and hourly employees is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient in G-Suite, Slack, and HRIS systems.
  • Experience in high-growth environments with a global mindset and ability to adapt to various cultural contexts
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
  • SHRM Certification or similar credential is a plus.

Salary Range

We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.

Annual pay range

$70,000—$90,000 USD
