Key Responsibilities

  • HR Policy Compliance: Ensure HR practices align with labor laws and regulations, and update policies as necessary.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare detailed HR reports and analytics for management review, providing valuable insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 7 years of HR management experience in industries such as manufacturing or logistics.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
