Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process from posting job openings to onboarding new hires, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, conduct investigations as needed, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Performance Management: Create and implement performance appraisal systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize learning programs, and support career growth initiatives.
- HR Policy Compliance: Ensure HR practices align with labor laws and regulations, and update policies as necessary.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- HR Reporting: Prepare detailed HR reports and analytics for management review, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
- Experience: At least 7 years of HR management experience in industries such as manufacturing or logistics.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive organizational growth.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels and convey HR policies.
- Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Problem-Solving: Skill in addressing complex HR issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with HRIS systems, payroll software, and other HR tools.
