The primary focus involves leading team-level execution, forming and building teams, removing obstacles, and fostering continuous improvement.
This role entails managing all facets of team delivery, including the schedule, scope, risks, dependencies, and issues.
It also includes facilitating the development of delivery plans and steering these plans through all stages of the execution lifecycle, or via a CI/CD process, culminating in the deployment of assets to production and their transition to IT Operations.
Responsibilities extend to preparing plans and budgets to ensure predictable delivery that meets organizational expectations, developing and reporting on project and team status to stakeholders and relevant governance committees.
Additionally, maintaining forecasts and employing metrics to achieve desired outcomes is essential.
IT Project Managers leverage Agile delivery methodologies and practices, such as Scrum and Kanban, to provide leadership for the successful delivery of projects.
A minimum of 8 years of related experience is required.
