Technica Corporation is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, self-directed individual to fill a part-time role of a Senior IT Specialist and Technical Project Manager for our FBI customer.
Key Responsibilities
The government has established policies for on-site vs remote work which varies across divisions and contracts. Staff are obligated to adhere to these and other FBI policies and react accordingly as policies change over time. Where allowed, remote work must be coordinated with the team lead and/or government POC, ensuring there is zero interruption with the delivery of our services.
Salary at Technica Corporation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the location, the candidate’s education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected annualized compensation range for this position is $156,800 to $215,000. The estimate displayed represents a general guideline only and is just one component of Technica Corporation’s Total Compensation package for employees.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Program Management/Tech Support for multiple FBI programs that includes documentation, ATO, system upgrades.
- Project coordination between 10 project teams and the ISSO to ensure all tasks and deliverables are met.
- Assist with the trouble ticket system (Service Manager/eHelp) and managing SLAs.
- Provide GovTA Support with documentation, testing customized software, transition support from WebTA to GovTA, Section 508 testing.
- Provide program management support for Premisys ID Pro with documentation and being a liaison with the ISSO.

- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent education and experience
- 12 years’ experience providing IT specialists and technical project management support for multiple complex projects.
- Prior experience in management of COTS software products
- Experience with Financial Disclosure software and Time and Attendance software.
- Proven experience preparing PMRs and briefings for upper management.
- Experience with Agile
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Excel and Power Point
- Familiarity with DOJ/FBI requirements for ATO and FISMA documentation
- Communication and Liaison Skills
