As of July 19th, a terrific law firm seeks a Senior Legal Recruiting Manger to oversee attorney hiring and development efforts. This leadership role will involve:
Collaborating with practice leaders to determine the firm’s recruiting needs and carrying out hiring efforts for Lateral Associate openings.
Maintaining relationships with search firms and negotiating placement fees.
Coordinating law school outreach and developing law student outreach strategy.
Representing the firm at industry events and preparing relevant recruitment materials.
Overseeing onboarding and integration efforts for newly hired attorneys.
Identifying ways to enhance the firm’s talent acquisition practices and implementing procedural enhancements to ensure the firm’s continued success.
Supervising and mentoring other members of the recruitment team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree and at least ten years of talent acquisition experience and at least four years of management experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as an exceptional work ethic and detail-oriented approach.
Terrific leader who can think strategically and develop relationships with key internal and external parties.
Strong understanding of attorneys, law firms, and the legal recruiting market.
