Job requires five days a week on-site in Washington, DC
Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive salary ranging from $370,000 to $415,000, commensurate with experience
- Comprehensive benefits package
- At least five years of experience in corporate transactional work, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions
- Exceptional drafting and negotiating skills
- Ability to independently manage components of deals and work collaboratively within a team
- Demonstrated ability to assume significant responsibility in leanly structured deal teams, ensuring high levels of partner and client contact
- Must be currently licensedto practice law in the jurisdictionof application
