Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager, Marketing Campaigns and Channel Analytics to join our growing marketing analytics team. This strategic role involves leading a team overseeing the analysis and insights of our marketing campaigns across all channels to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business goals. The successful candidate will leverage a data-driven approach to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and guide future marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Analytics:
    • Design and implement robust analytical frameworks to measure the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, email, and offline.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns for better targeting, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Channel Performance:
    • Analyze channel-specific metrics to understand effectiveness and efficiency, making strategic recommendations to enhance channel performance.
    • Keep abreast of industry benchmarks and competitive landscape to inform channel strategy.
  • Data Storytelling:
    • Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for marketing stakeholders and senior leadership.
    • Develop and present regular reports and dashboards that track the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork:
    • Collaborate with marketing strategy, content, product, and creative teams to ensure data-driven decision-making in campaign development and execution.
    • Work closely with sales and finance teams to align on lead generation, pipeline impact, and revenue attribution.
  • Testing and Optimization:
    • Lead A/B testing and multivariate testing for campaigns and channels to drive continuous improvement.
    • Implement best practices in marketing measurement, including attribution modeling and experiment design.
  • Leadership and Development:
    • Manage and mentor a team of campaign and channel analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and professional growth.
    • Provide training and resources to enhance the analytics capabilities of the marketing department.
  • Technology and Innovation:
    • Oversee the selection and management of marketing analytics tools and platforms.
    • Drive innovation in marketing analytics to stay ahead of the curve and leverage new methodologies.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a strong focus on campaign analysis and channel optimization.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, attribution models, and customer journey analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $131,000.00-$197,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles), and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
