Senior Manager Clinical Operations

Sr Manager Clinical Operations (Fully onsite in San Diego) – Contract to Hire

This pioneer company in Oncology studies is looking to support and promote a talented Sr Manager of Clinical Operations who will assist the Head of Clinical Operations with development of oncology therapeutics. The ideal professional will have a strong background with clinical development and knowledge of clinical operations and regulatory requirements.

What you will do:

• Supervise direct and indirect reports to ensure performance and progress on assigned projects
• Oversee CRAs and CTAs
• Track and review CRA monitoring visit reports
• Responsible for operational aspects of clinical trials, EDC status, eTMF management, tracking regulatory documentation, and trial-related materials such as IP and laboratory sample management.
  
  
  

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 6 years of biotech, pharmaceutical industry, and/or CRO clinical operations experience.
• Minimum 2 years with monitoring visit report review.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Prior experience as a CRA/site monitor highly preferred.
• Direct experience with TMF oversight
  
  
  

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $150k – $190k per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
