The Crown Is Yours

As a Senior Manager of Network Operations, you'll design, build, and support our hybrid physical and cloud networking infrastructure. You'll drive automation with tools like Terraform and Ansible, develop metrics to measure system performance and implement best practices. In this role, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally and lead a global team while solving challenging problems to ensure high platform uptime and availability.

What you’ll do as a Senior Manager, Network Operations

• Develop and maintain our hybrid physical and cloud networking infrastructure.
• Drive automation through tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Develop key operational metrics to measure system performance and implement best practices.
• Lead, manage, and empower your global team to understand new technologies and engineer integrations between systems.
• Solve difficult challenges while providing high-level platform uptime and availability.
  
  
  

What you’ll bring

• At least 5 years of professional experience in network management with a minimum of 3 years leading teams.
• A minimum of 5 years of Network administration experience in both on-prem and cloud networking environments; experience with AWS or GCP is a plus.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Powershell.
• Ability to configure NGFW policy such as the Fortinet and Sonicwall NSa platforms.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Cloudwatch, or LogicMonitor.
• Ability to work with IAAS solutions to increase the level of automation.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Bitbucket, IaC, and GitOps methodology.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,400.00 - $249,600.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
