About The Team

The Senior Manager, Program Management will facilitate the overall intake process and assign scale ready solutions to the appropriate release cycle. In this role, you will capture and sequence all work and communication across the enterprise to balance workload for facilities, and serve as the meeting lead to coordinate and review all proposed Home Office facing activity of stores to eliminate unnecessary noise.

This position reports to the Director, Program Manager on the Store Support team. This in-office role is based in Bentonville, Arkansas.

What you'll do....

  • Drive informed decision-making and ensure resolution of critical issues by partnering with senior leaders to identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues within the business
  • Evaluate and coordinate timing and prioritization for Merchant Message and Playbook strategy completion to improve Associate engagement and experience
  • Create communication strategy and content; educating business partners, stakeholders, and executive leadership on program requirements; and developing and implementing a program management life cycle
  • Collaborate & partner on all activity submission through publishing.
  • Gatekeeper around timing, coordination, and completion of Merchant Messages & Seasonal Playbook Strategy
  • Coordinate and ensures all communications are routed through the appropriate channels
  • Map out processes and task timelines
  • Proactively communicate with business and internal stakeholders
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Use knowledge and experience of the business to determine what activities must be done by serving as subject matter expert

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00



Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.

3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
