Responsibilities:
Develop and implement regulatory compliance strategies to ensure that products meet all applicable regulations and standards specific to food/dietary supplement
Remain informed about changes in regulatory requirements and communicate updates
Review product labeling, marketing materials, and other documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with cross-function teams, including R&D, marketing, and legal, to address regulatory issues and ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle
Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and industry organizations to stay ahead of regulatory developments and represent the company's interests
Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and develop corrective action plans
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field, advanced degrees preferred
5+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, specifically in the food/dietary supplement
Knowledge of FDA regulations
