We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Description Summary:
Senior Manager - Revenue Operations / Sales Operations for PayPal's Channel Partner Sales Organization Support sales forecasting, planning, and operations processes within the Partner organization Day to day visibility to leaders on pipeline & sales progress, gaps & challenge to plan Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s overall planning & operations related efforts Driving strategic projects into the execution phase, partnering with teams across the organization Plan and execute the tactical elements of sales to develop best practices and continuously improve effectiveness: sales model/processes/methodologies, coverage model, territory design, lead generation management, departmental communications. Manage and provide inputs to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentives and compensation programs for Partner organization. Driving and managing forums for check-ins with product teams, stakeholders, executive leadership and strategic merchants Manage operating routines that facilitate decision-making, autonomy, leadership alignment, and team engagement, inclusive of staff meetings, operational reviews, leadership off sites, All Hands, etc. Set the agenda, participate in the meetings, document decisions, and communicate outcomes Able to assess, scope and position key transformational efforts that need to be executed against in order to drive the changes needed for to achieve Business goals. Qualification 8+ years of strong consulting, Rev/Sales Ops, operations, strategic finance or strategy experience preferred Industry expertise in payments and / or technology preferred Excellent creative and analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail-oriented work Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills; able to convey People Management

Qualification

  • 8+ years of strong consulting, Rev/Sales Ops, operations, strategic finance or strategy experience preferred
