The Role


We are looking for a Senior Market Research Analyst to join our growing B2B market research agency.


You will be someone who wants a hands-on role managing data collection, supporting survey programming, conducting research interviews, analysis, and creating reporting deliverables for well-known B2B brands. The latter is a significant responsibility for the position, and you will be expected to independently produce written deliverables of the highest quality in PPT, as expected by our clients. Exceptional written skills, grammar, and attention to detail are therefore core requirements for this role.


The role is ideal for anyone with 1-3 years of agency-side experience or a market research degree with the desire to develop into a Research Manager; or for experienced market research practitioners looking for a fully remote position with less client responsibility.


You will be part of a fully remote team of experienced B2B market researchers. We focus a lot on kindness and professionalism towards clients and colleagues. We offer a workplace focused on professional development, support, and varied projects.


Open to applicants based anywhere in the US. Some travel is required (>5%).


Core Responsibilities


  • Creating research reports in PowerPoint (PPT), with excellent attention to detail.
  • Analysis and visualization of quantitative data (e.g., charting and analyzing survey results, statistical significance).
  • Analysis of qualitative data (e.g., transcripts and recordings from interviews / focus groups).
  • Programming of quantitative surveys (prior experience is not required, and training will be provided).
  • Fieldwork management.
  • Responsibility for project timelines, milestones, and client communication.
  • Qualitative interviewing.
  • Desk research.
  • Client and vendor management.


Subject to interest and experience, training and support will be provided in tasks required for progression to Research Manager, including: questionnaire design, design and management of different project types (e.g., pricing, segmentation, CX), focus group moderation, formulation of strategic recommendations, workshop facilitation and presenting results to clients.


Core Experience


  • At least 1 year of experience in market research or an MA in Market Research.
  • Exceptional written skills, grammar, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with a new industry and complex products.
  • Ability to quickly collect, summarize and interpret large amounts of text or other data.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, vendors, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong data visualization skills using PowerPoint.
  • Strong Excel skills and knowledge of statistical methods like regression.
  • Confident approach to conducting telephone/video interviews.


The following is preferred but not required:


  • Experience with analysis software such as; Q, SPSS, Tableau, or Alteryx.
  • Experience with survey programming (e.g., Alchemer, Qualtrics, Decipher).
  • Demonstrable interest or experience in B2B industries.


Location: Fully Remote (US only – work authorization required)

Anticipated Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 + performance-based annual bonus.
