Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a talented Marketing Assistant for a Large benefit corporation and health plan company based out of CA.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $45/hr to $49/hr on W2 (Depending on Experience).

Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote from California

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Industry Preference- Healthcare, Health Plan, Insurance, Pharmacy and claims.

Key Skills:

• Marketing Operations experience
• Strong interpersonal communication (verbal and written) skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Health plan or health marketing experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the project coordination, translation, review, approval, and delivery of content for the project across both print and digital delivery channels.
• Composition and formatting of customer communications (in conjunction with functional subject matter experts)
• Aggregates updates from stakeholders, generates reports, dashboards, and high levels summaries for executive leadership
• Will need to be articulate, facilitate meetings, strong written and verbal skills, able to use Microsoft office suite, Adobe and SharePoint tools.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
