Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Loan Processor to efficiently handle various loan types, including FHA, Conventional, Jumbo, VA, Reverse, and USDA loans. You will play a crucial role in ensuring loan applications are processed smoothly while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Review and verify loan application documents with meticulous attention to detail.
Analyze borrower financial information and assess creditworthiness.
Coordinate effectively with underwriters, loan officers, and stakeholders to facilitate timely loan approvals.
Ensure adherence to lending regulations and guidelines throughout the loan processing cycle.
Meet closing deadlines by processing loans efficiently and clearing conditions promptly.
Submit loans to quality control and underwriting for final approval.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage loan processing.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and Docusign.
Strong knowledge of FHA, Conventional, Jumbo, VA, Reverse, and USDA loan processes.
Familiarity with mortgage industry regulations and guidelines.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with mortgage software systems, including Calyx.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and Docusign products.
