Job Description

We are seeking an dynamic Senior Operations Planning Director to spearhead our demand planning growth across multiple brands as we continue to experience phenomenal growth. This leadership role will report to the VP of Distribution and will work on many cross-departmental processes while leading our demand planning team.

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

  • Manage and lead the demand analyst team in planning efforts across all brands.
  • Coordinate and head up S&OP meetings, deliverables, and structure.
  • Implement and maintain robust planning KPIs to manage inventory levels and accommodate rapid growth.
  • Work closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, and finance to ensure alignment on forecasts and production plans.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to keep the planning function cutting-edge.
  • Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing planning team.

Qualifications

We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, or related experience.
  • Proven experience in supply and demand planning in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, SQL, DOMO, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of S&OP processes and best practices.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team.
