5+ years of experience in the energy sector, ideally managing successful energy programs in California.
Proven leadership skills to guide and empower your team.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A strong understanding of California's energy landscape.
Bonus Points If You Have
A Master's degree in a related field.
Established relationships with key California utilities.
Experience negotiating contracts and securing program extensions.
