Senior Producer will lead a project or campaign from pre-production through post-production
Ideate and develop original multi-platform campaigns (360º campaigns)
Senior Producer will gather and research all materials needed for the concept, development, and post-production processes
Work within the workflow and use the software platforms within the department’s SOPs.
Senior Producer will manage teams of producers, associate producers, editors and motion graphics on a per project basis
Senior Producer will conceptualize, plan, develop, prioritize, implement video production schedule, prepare call sheets, schedule talent & crew, find locations, and manage budget
Work with brand managers, marketing, and other relevant teams to help build content strategy - creating video concepts & proposals, and establishing content needs
Manage multiple jobs at any given time, ensuring on-schedule delivery

What You Bring To The Table
A minimum of 8 years of relatable experience required
4 years of leadership experience required
Field experience producing and shooting content required
Must be highly collaborative and able to maintain creative excellence in a fast-paced, ever changing landscape
Strong English writing skills required
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred – Film, Television, Production, Communications, or related field
Agency experience preferred
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
