We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Producer to lead the production of all video and photo content for the Sol de Janeiro brand. This role requires a strong production background, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage complex projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can lead a team while collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners across the brand.
The position will report to Executive Producer.
Responsibilities:
Content Production:
Oversee the end-to-end production process for all video and photo content, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Work closely with the Director of Post-Production to manage all pre-production needs.
Proven track record of leading video production, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with creative vision and brand standards.
Lead on-set production, ensuring all creative vision and brand guidelines are met.
Team Leadership:
Collaborate and manage a team of producers, coordinators, and other production staff, fostering a collaborative and creative working environment.
Provide clear direction and support to ensure the team delivers high-quality work that aligns with brand objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Creative, Marketing, Packaging, and Project Management teams to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure all production needs are met and expectations are managed.
Budget and Resource Management:
Develop and manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Source and negotiate with vendors, freelancers, and other external partners to secure the best resources for each project.
Quality Control:
Maintain a high standard of quality across all content, ensuring consistency with the brand's aesthetic and messaging.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in film, Media Production, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in video and photo production, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of content.
Proven experience leading production teams and managing large-scale projects.
Strong understanding of video production workflows, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in the beauty or fashion industry is a plus.
Proficiency in production software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Salary Range
$110,000—$120,000 USD
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
