Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to analyze supply chain and logistics data, driving key decisions and strategies to enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with Product and Operations teams to optimize procedures and ensure our solutions positively impact both patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of pharmacy, patient-facing, and provider-facing products to inform product decisions.
  • Workflow Automation: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to automate operational workflows for improved efficiency.
  • Driver Planning Optimization: Build models to enhance driver planning and inform hiring strategies and performance metrics.
  • Data Modeling: Design data models that facilitate expedited decision-making and enhanced data accessibility.
  • Dashboard Development: Create and launch dashboards using SQL for tracking product initiative success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Product, Research, Engineering, Growth, and Operations teams to deliver actionable insights.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Identify and implement enhancements in procurement, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.
  • Impact Measurement Techniques: Employ methods to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and continuously seek improvements.
  • Data Integrity Maintenance: Uphold the accuracy and consistency of data through best practices in analysis.
  • Pipeline Development: Create data pipelines to streamline operations and increase automation.
  • Reporting Excellence: Utilize SQL queries and dbt modeling in Looker to provide clear reports and dashboards.
  • Growth Strategy Analysis: Support growth and expansion efforts through demand forecasting and inventory planning.
  • Data Culture Contribution: Be a part of cultivating a data-centric culture through collaboration and coaching.

About You

  • Impact-Driven: You are passionate about addressing real-world user problems through data analysis.
  • SQL Proficiency: Strong expertise in SQL for data manipulation, as well as familiarity with ETL processes and large datasets.
  • Educational Background: A degree (BA/BS or Master's) in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Professional Experience: At least 8 years in analytics or a technical capacity, particularly in operational and supply chain data.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in dashboard creation with Looker, Tableau, or equivalent tools, and comfortable with data modeling.
  • Adaptive Mindset: You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are willing to engage with unfamiliar challenges proactively.

Additional Details

  • Salary Range: \(115,200 - \)144,000
  • Equity Eligibility: Yes
  • Travel Requirements: Up to 25%
  • Location: Applicants should reside in select states including California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, New York, Texas, and others.
