With over 4,000 customers and a robust partner network, your actions and contributions will have far-reaching impact on one of Unanet’s most strategic and critical initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate and contribute to building out the product roadmap for all customer-facing AI-enabled tools, workflows, and capabilities
  • Partner with a variety of stakeholders and cross-functional teams to execute the roadmap, planning and prioritizing objectively
  • Research, define, and design requirements and scope through epics, user stories, and diagrams
  • Validate functionality and workflows to ensure we’re solving the right problems for our customers and prioritizing high-impact solutions
  • Engage with key external technology partners to ensure we are making smart choices regarding foundational AI tools and solution stack
  • Set your engineers up for success by collaborating with them in sprint activities, providing them with relevant user stories and guiding them in estimation
  • Manage the intake of work to your product backlog, including day-to-day grooming and prioritization; facilitate iteration planning efforts to ensure your development team has organized work

Your First 90 Days

In your First 30 Days, you will understand Unanet’s AI vision, strategy, and contemplated AI roadmap through the lens of key stakeholders, functional peers, and relevant customer discovery work. You will clarify and realign requirements by refactoring user stories, increasing our success in delivery. Working with our Scrum Master and Lead Engineers, you will grow in your understanding of your team’s nuances and capabilities.

In your First 60 Days, you will work with a wider range of internal and external stakeholders to better understand the direction we’re going in and why. Empowered by what you have learned, you will partner with Product Management to question, redefine, and revalidate your team’s roadmap deliverables.

In Your First 90 Days, you will drive our Go-to-Market (GTM) plan for respective product deliverables. You will evangelize the product roadmap, committing lighthouse customers and defining success metrics for adoption and engagement. You will be the guiding light for your scrum team, executing on defined product deliverables.
