The Opportunity


As the Senior Product Owner - Growth, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention by strategically enhancing key touchpoints throughout the product-led customer journey. Your focus will span across critical growth areas, including optimizing product funnels, improving conversion rates, and advancing monetization strategies. This position demands a growth mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate, prioritize, and deliver effectively alongside key internal stakeholders.

In this strategic role, you will support the company’s growth initiatives through Product, while establishing a strong partnership with Marketing. Your efforts will drive impactful results, ensuring alignment with customer advocacy and business goals to maximize value delivery. Working within an agile Kanban framework, you’ll continuously deliver with a self-organizing, cross-functional team of Design, Software Engineering, and Data Analysis professionals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Product, Backlog & Value Management: Ensure the team understands the "what" and "why" of the product. Manage the Product Backlog, prioritize based on business goals, aligned with customer feedback and data analysis. Collaborate with the Development Team to deliver high-value increments, while effectively prioritizing, negotiating, and maintaining transparency with stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder & Customer Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders and scale communication to ensure a clear understanding of product priorities. Advocate for customers by incorporating user research and focusing on delivering a great user experience. Adjust product strategy based on evolving business and customer needs.
  • Communication & Documentation: Be a persuasive storyteller who can influence at all levels. Coordinate releases in a continuous deployment ecosystem; collaborate on Product Road Map, produce Product Requirement Docs, Changelogs & Reports to communicate on planned, in progress, released work.
  • Data-Driven Analysis, Reporting & Prioritization: Use data to validate assumptions, prioritize features, and refine development efforts. Report on test performance and work with the Data team to deem success/failure and iteration.
  • Estimation & Forecasting: Guide the team on accurate forecasting, making strategic trade-offs to adapt to changing needs while staying aligned with the product vision.
  • Risk Management & Continuous Improvement: Identify and mitigate risks, iterating on the product with feedback to continuously improve and ensure effective delivery.


What You Bring to the Table


  • Proven track record of successfully driving product growth functions and impact in a data-driven environment alongside key business stakeholders
  • 5+ years experience in a B2C or B2B product company, or a web agency, where websites and web applications were developed in-house
  • 5+ years experience managing marketing web and product development, ideally in Hubspot, Rails, React, and any headless CMS
  • Experience working with Experimentation & Data Reporting platforms such as Eppo, Growthbook, Mixpanel, Sigma, Google Analytics
  • Extensive A/B testing experience, including test design, planning, coordination, analysis and roadmapping
  • 3+ years experience as a Senior Product Owner
  • 5+ years experience practicing in an Agile environment & within a Kanban and/or Scrum workflow
  • Product Owner Certification recommended (equivalent: Certified Scrum Product Owner)
