Senior Production Coordinator

Ensure the bulk production meets its quality assurance and delivery by planning, scheduling, executing, and directing production activities.


Responsibilities:

Daily communication with oversea factories to address and resolve production issues

Create & update WIP reports daily

Provide/approve care instruction, and carton stickers submission from factories

Create/Maintain pre-costing chart every season before handing off to Director of Sourcing

Negotiate garment delivery with oversea factories and review with Sales team

Follow up all required testing (ITS, BV) on fabric & garments.

Create & maintain PO through SAP

Work closely with designers, sales, and factories to ensure timely delivery & quality control on mass production

Handle shipment approval with Import department.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum 5 years’ garment Production experience

Must be proficient in Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Detail oriented with strong follow through – able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks


Annual salary starting at $80,000.
