We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for tackling tough customer problems involving data to join our team and serve as a program manager, with responsibility for organizing and tracking programs in service to helping the team deliver outcomes. The role is responsible for stewarding Data Innovation initiatives and driving the delivery of transformational change by providing organization and execution to the Data Innovation Product Managers, a new team at Client focused on solving large scale problems with Data. Programs for the coming year involve everything from exercises around the correct metrics and strategic application to decision making to self-serve infrastructure and org empowerment to revolutionizing the way Marketing data is used and leveraged internally. This is an opportunity to be involved in a number of transformational initiatives driving the future of how the Client Consumer Group does business. What you’ll bring… Strong Program Management leadership experience, including 8+ years planning and leading medium-large sized programs or multiple smaller programs. Demonstrated ability to influence at the VP level within a matrixed environment Knowledge of project/program framework best practices, tools, and techniques Strong technical acumen with expertise in software development approach, architecture, and lifecycle Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across teams in delivering the best outcome of programs Computer science or other technical education or equivalent work experience preferred How you will lead… Focus strategically Has autonomy to work collaboratively with the leaders in your space to drive the project/program and overall Client strategy to accelerate the most strategic business outcomes. Helps teams understand how the program fits into the overall strategy. Drives and provides data driven recommendations to execute, monitor and communicate progress, trade-offs or decisions needed Deliver programs Drives and continually improves the project/program operating rhythm Develops a high quality plan that is organized into manageable pieces that can be individually owned. Uses data to assess progress to plan, uses independent judgment to provide insights, and communicates progress and trends to stakeholders. Identifies risks and issues and presents recommended response plans to stakeholders.
