The role:

Entegris is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Engineer to join our Facilities team. This person will be the technical lead on both large- and small-scale capital projects focused on facility renovations/construction, new equipment, and or new process utilities installation projects.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mechanical systems such as HVAC, Ultrapure Water, Wastewater Treatment, Facility Electricals & associated Controls, and Automation. Strong project management skills are required.

In this role you will:

• Support New Production and or R&D Capital Equipment installations in critical clean room environments and laboratory spaces working with the equipment design, process, or R&D engineers.
• Coordination of required internal and external trades to support project requirements.
• Develop Technical Requirements documents and or User Requirements Documents for RFPs (Requests for Pricing) for capital equipment and construction projects.
• Develop and Maintain Project Schedules.
• Develop scope and work requirements for project team members.
• Develop commissioning plans for capital and construction projects.
• Present project progress reports to key stakeholders
• Generate Change Orders and track as required.
• Lead and manage troubleshooting efforts for facility-related sustainment activities.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of tactical issues with the manufacturing processes or associated equipment as needed to ensure effective uptime of the site operations.

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

• B.S. or Mechanical Engineering is preferred but a related technical field will be considered with applicable engineering experience.
• Experience in supporting high-tech manufacturing operations in a process or equipment engineering role.
• Demonstrated Project Management experience with strong manufacturing engineering or process engineering skills in high-purity manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ISO quality standards for product/process control is a plus.
• Experienced with managing external service providers and construction trades.
• Capability of working independently or leading a team
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to produce results when facing deadlines or commitments.
