Sors LLC, is a fully owned subsidiary of Integrare Group’s, established to fulfill the self-perform vertical. As such, Sors’ primary purpose is to supply (and in some cases, install) residential interior finishes and exterior envelope work including but not limited to, glass and glazing systems, countertops, interior doors, planters, millwork, cabinets, and exterior envelope to Integrare projects, as well as to other third-party projects.

Key Responsibilities:


Project Planning and Coordination: Prepare and update 3-week look ahead project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Updates project plans and as-builts, as necessary.


  • Preconstruction Coordination: Manages preconstruction processes and documentation prior to key trades mobilizing and starting field work.
  • Document Control: Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and daily reports. Maintain organized project files and ensure compliance with contract documents.
  • Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure that work is performed in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any potential issues.
  • Cost Control: Track project costs and identify potential cost overruns. Prepare and submit change orders as needed. Monitor subcontractor invoices and ensure accuracy.
  • Safety Management: Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all project personnel. Conduct regular safety inspections and participate in safety meetings.
  • Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager on project progress, budget, schedule, and potential risks. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making: Identify and resolve project challenges in a timely and efficient manner. Make informed decisions based on available information and project goals.
  • Mentorship and Training: Provide guidance and support to junior project engineers. Contribute to their professional development and growth.


Professional Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project engineering, preferably in multifamily projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., ACC, Procore, Bluebeam).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptive thinking abilities.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred). OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification.
