Job Description:
We're seeking an Business Side Tactical Senior Project Manager with Wealth Management or Managed Accounts join our dynamic team. This program is implementing a Unified Managed Account Platform, allowing advisors to select different advisement strategies and integrate third-party management.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate multiple workstreams within the program, including centralized trading, desktop proposal systems, infrastructure support, and field implementation.
Guide the program through its current Operational Readiness/Test/Learn Phase.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and rollout.
Drive progress through complex scenarios and ambiguous situations.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong communication skills
Self-starter with a sense of urgency
Ability to understand complex systems and navigate ambiguity
Experience in financial services, particularly with advisory products/managed accounts
Understanding of product lifecycle (preferred)
