Senior Project Manager, Data & Analytics

What you’ll do:

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Senior Project Manager with a strong background in data and analytics projects. The ideal candidate will excel in navigating ambiguity, driving complex data initiatives to completion, and fostering cross-functional collaboration in our high-growth environment. You will report directly to our CTO.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, multi-faceted projects from inception to successful delivery
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for data-driven initiatives
• Coordinate resources across various departments to ensure project objectives are met
• Identify and mitigate risks specific to data projects, resolving issues proactively
• Establish and optimize project management processes for data and analytics workflows
• Communicate project status, milestones, and key decisions to stakeholders at all levels
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
• Lead complex, multi-faceted data and analytics projects from inception to successful delivery
  
  

Your experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment. Experience working on data or analytics projects is a plus.
• Experience with a media agency or involvement in digital advertising campaigns is highly valued
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple data-centric projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of data lifecycles, analytics processes, and related technologies
• Proficiency in project management tools, especially Asana
• PMP certification is a plus; data-related certifications are highly valued

Compensation Range: $130K - $150K
