Position Summary:
The Senior Public Relations/Conference Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's public relations strategy, enhancing the company's brand image, and planning and managing the company's various conferences and events. This position requires working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of events and public relations programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Public Relations Strategy:
Develop and implement the company's public relations strategy to enhance the company's brand image and visibility.
Manage media relations, write and distribute press releases, organize press conferences and media events.
Meeting and Event Management:
Responsible for planning, organizing and executing all kinds of company conferences, exhibitions, seminars and events.
Coordinate venue selection, event design, budget management, vendor coordination and event execution.
Brand Management:
Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and ensure that all external promotional materials and events are in line with brand standards.
Develop and manage branding materials including brochures, website content and social media postings.
Internal Communications:
Work closely with internal departments to ensure that public relations and meeting activities are aligned with overall company strategy.
Provide training and guidance on PR and meeting management to enhance internal team capabilities.
Media Monitoring and Analysis:
Monitor media coverage, evaluate the effectiveness of public relations campaigns and provide regular reports and feedback.
Analyze market and competitors' public relations activities and make recommendations for improvement.
Budget Management:
Manage budgets for public relations and conference activities to ensure effective resource allocation and cost control.
Monitor expenditures to ensure that all activities are completed within budget.
