The firm specializes in trading core stable coins and popular coin pairs, focusing on derivatives and futures trading. The team operates with a hands-on approach, ensuring all members are engaged in Trading, Research, Development, and Operations. The Role

As a Senior Researcher, you will be:

• Developing and implementing advanced trading strategies.
• Conducting signal processing and alpha generation.
• Engaging in research and development to enhance trading operations.
• Collaborating with engineers and other traders to optimize performance and adapt strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in quantitative trading or a related field.
• Expertise in signal processing and alpha generation.
• Degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics or another highly quantitative field.
• Strong programming skills in Python or C++.
• Preferred background working with high frequency or latency-sensitive strategies.
• Exposure to Machine Learning principles or algorithmic trading is beneficial.

While this role is based in California, location can be flexible upon further discussion.
