The Business

A rapidly growing trading firm is seeking an experienced Quantitative Researcher to join its team. The firm specializes in trading core stable coins and popular coin pairs, focusing on derivatives and futures trading. The team operates with a hands-on approach, ensuring all members are engaged in Trading, Research, Development, and Operations. The Role

As a Senior Researcher, you will be:

  • Developing and implementing advanced trading strategies.
  • Conducting signal processing and alpha generation.
  • Engaging in research and development to enhance trading operations.
  • Collaborating with engineers and other traders to optimize performance and adapt strategies.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry experience in quantitative trading or a related field.
  • Expertise in signal processing and alpha generation.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics or another highly quantitative field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or C++.
  • Preferred background working with high frequency or latency-sensitive strategies.
  • Exposure to Machine Learning principles or algorithmic trading is beneficial.


While this role is based in California, location can be flexible upon further discussion.
