The position: This boots on the ground coaching role exists to improve performance of the associates and assets based on Key Performance Indicators by building employee capabilities and understanding of company practices through on-the-job training and business intelligence reporting. This position is responsible for assisting the on-site teams to use data to make decisions and create a performance strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze Business Intelligence data to identify performance deficiencies based on KPIs and develop corrective actions immediately by setting comprehensive long and short-term goals and tasks
  • Train on site teams and leadership to use KPIs to make data driven decisions
  • Utilize small group and individual coaching sessions sessions to review KPIs with Associates and develop a coaching plan
  • Develop and assist with continuous learning 2 to 3 weeks after new hire onboarding
  • Assist with new property transitions
  • Complete detailed recaps on improvement strategy and schedule follow up
  • Remain up to date on the most current processes and best practices of each program
  • Work with the Training team to collaborate on and design new training content and presentations were appropriate
  • Monitor 3rd party Mystery Shop scores and schedule one-on-one coaching sessions with the associates based on score
  • Host quarterly meetings with Senior Leadership to discuss portfolio performance
  • Strategize with Senior Leadership to develop a performance plan for their portfolio and any client portfolio
  • Collaborate with other corporate support departments to manage platform roll outs and adoption
  • Accountable for the performance strategy of their direct report’s market
  • Serve as an ongoing coach and mentor for all new performance managers
  • Responsible for the continuation of the performance managers’ personal and career development
  • Serve as a point of contact for Senior Leadership and client requests
  • Support a larger portfolio size that spans over several markets
  • Responsible for all in market in-person site visits, virtual coaching, and training

Qualifications

  • At least one-year Multifamily experience preferred in a variety of on-site positions
  • Training/Certified Training experience preferred
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred
  • Data entry skills
  • Proficient in All Microsoft Office Applications
  • Possess skills in presentation/curriculum development
  • Ability to have flexibility with working schedule based on business and deadline needs
  • Ability to work a schedule during normal work hours and that may be other than Monday-Friday, 8-5
  • Work more than 40 hours per week is likely
  • Availability to travel on short notice
  • Ability to travel up to two weeks out of the month during normal business operations
  • Consistent, regular and in person attendance during regular working hours at the workplace if required
