Job Title: Senior Regional Vice President of Operations

Location: Dallas Area

The Senior Regional Vice President (Sr. RVP) of Operations is responsible for leading and overseeing the operational performance and strategic direction of multiple retail locations within a designated region. This role involves driving operational excellence, maximizing profitability, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Sr. RVP will work closely with store managers, regional managers, and corporate leadership to implement company initiatives and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Provide visionary leadership to the regional operations team, ensuring clear communication of company vision, values, and goals.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Ensure consistent and high-quality execution of operational standards across all retail locations.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and drive store performance.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing regional operations team, including store managers and regional managers.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and retention.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Oversee the regional budget, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Work with store managers to optimize inventory levels, reduce shrinkage, and maximize sales and profitability.
• Champion a customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction at all retail locations.
• Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform operational improvements and strategic decisions.
• Ensure all retail locations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Implement and enforce loss prevention strategies to protect company assets.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and customers.
• Act as a liaison between regional operations and corporate headquarters, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, human resources, and supply chain, to support overall business objectives.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field;
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multi-unit retail operations and driving business growth.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
