Desired Qualities, Skills and Experiences:

• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle/integrity experience.
• Demonstrated results in similar roles.
• Thorough understanding of rules and regulations for billing, collections, and compliance.
• Keen eye for sniffing things out and data.
• Can look at data and determine if it’s accurate.
• Understands metrics and rules, and how numbers relate to one another.
• Can speak eloquently to the numbers.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Hands on and is comfortable rolling up your sleeves, and diving into the numbers.
• Can share what’s wrong and why it’s wrong, and determine what is needed to fix it.
• Take what you're finding to course correct, make recommendations, solutions, and plan for implementation.
