Position Overview: As a Senior Robotics Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced robotic systems. You'll work on a variety of projects, from autonomous vehicles and drones to industrial robots and medical devices. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Design: Design and architect robotic systems, defining requirements, subsystems, and interfaces to meet project objectives
  • Hardware Development: Develop and integrate robotic hardware components, including sensors, actuators, and control systems, ensuring compatibility and performance
  • Software Development: Develop software for controlling and operating robotic systems, implementing algorithms for perception, planning, and control
  • Autonomy: Develop autonomous capabilities for robotic systems, including perception, navigation, and decision-making algorithms
  • Integration and Testing: Integrate hardware and software components into complete robotic systems, conducting testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure robotic systems comply with safety standards and regulations, implementing safety features and protocols to mitigate risks
  • Documentation: Create technical documentation, including design specifications, system manuals, and test reports, to support development and deployment activities
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and software developers, to deliver end-to-end robotic solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Research and Innovation: Stay informed about the latest advancements in robotics research and technology, exploring innovative approaches and techniques to enhance robotic solutions


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in robotics engineering, with a focus on developing and deploying robotic systems
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or MATLAB, and experience with robotics frameworks and libraries
  • Strong understanding of robotic hardware components and subsystems, including sensors, actuators, and control systems
  • Experience with robotic perception, navigation, and manipulation algorithms, such as SLAM, path planning, and motion control
  • Familiarity with robotic simulation tools and platforms, such as ROS (Robot Operating System) and Gazebo
  • Experience with CAD software for mechanical design and 3D modeling, such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, with a passion for tackling complex robotics challenges
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
