We're seeking an exceptional individual to drive strategic SEO initiatives for high-growth B2B SaaS companies, while also providing key account management support. This role is tailored for someone who can blend 65% SEO strategic leadership with 35% account + relationship management, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. As the primary point of contact for our larger clients, you’ll develop and implement advanced SEO strategies that deliver measurable results. We’re looking for a forward-thinker with a strong track record in both strategy and client relations, who is ready to take on the challenge of managing high-impact projects. Experience with paid Google Ads and technical SEO/reporting is a plus, as these areas are critical to our future growth. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive SEO strategies for a book of 8-10 key clients, ensuring sustained growth and increased visibility across search engines.
- Act as the primary liaison for all SEO-related client interactions, including weekly and monthly updates via calls and emails.
- Analyze client discussions to extract key insights, tailoring SEO strategies to meet specific client needs and objectives.
- Direct content and technical SEO strategies for large-scale sites, optimizing for both user experience and search performance.
- Monitor and report on key SEO metrics such as rankings, organic traffic, and conversions to clients.
- Regularly monitor, report, and present SEO KPIs, providing clients with actionable insights that align with their business goals.
- Pioneer conversion rate optimization strategies, including A/B testing, landing page design, and call-to-action optimizations to maximize client ROI.
- Oversee site migrations, technical audits, and ongoing optimizations for high-traffic, high-value websites, ensuring all technical aspects align with SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with SEO managers and internal teams to discover new opportunities for organic growth and ensure timely delivery of campaign objectives.
- Conduct keyword research aligned with client goals, create detailed content briefs, and identify solutions for technical SEO issues.
- Document, refine, and communicate internal SEO processes, ensuring continuous improvement and effective execution of campaigns.
- Maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their objectives, delivering tailored strategies, and ensuring continuous success.
- Proven experience with managing SEO strategies, technical site audits, keyword research, internal and backlink analysis
- Proven experience in managing SEO client relationships within an agency setting.
- Outstanding organizational and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated success in contributing to effective SEO campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO principles.
- Prior work with SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, Screaming Frog, Mailshake/ Buzzstream, Search Console, and Google Analytics.
