We are on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Solar Engineer to join this visionary team on a remote basis. If you have a deep passion for electrical engineering and at least three years of hands-on experience in an electrical-focused role, this could be your next big move. Ideal candidates will also have a minimum of two years working on commercial solar projects over 200KW. Your expertise in crafting and refining single and three-line diagrams will be invaluable in propelling their projects to new heights.

The ideal candidate should have the following:
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in commercial solar projects exceeding 200KW, including system design, installation, and optimization.
Minimum of 3 years in an electrical-focused role, with a comprehensive understanding of electrical principles, components, and systems.
Proven ability to create, interpret, and manipulate single and three-line diagrams, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Proficient in using electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVsyst) and familiar with NEC codes and standards relevant to solar installations.
Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop innovative solutions in complex electrical systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferably holds an electrical engineering degree or NABCEP-certified
