Senior Staff Accountant ($70-80k)

Title: Senior Staff Accountant

Location: Dallas, TX (In-Office)

Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000 + Bonus

The Staff Accountant will provide accounting assistance to the Accounting team. Primary focus around general ledger, reconciliations, invoicing, fixed asset processing and roll forwards, and inter-company monitoring. Responsibilities will apply to multiple entities.

Essential Job Duties:

• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and records by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
• Responsible for general ledger entries
• Reconcile general ledger account balances & research discrepancies
• Review revenue recognition and billing documentation, prepare month end reconciliations and accruals
• Follow and document company internal controls
• Internal communication with related entities accounting staff for intercompany payables and receivables
• Other duties as requested by supervisor

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience:

• 1+ years' Accounting Experience
• CPA or CPA eligibility preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft operating system and suite of tools preferred
• Experience with an ERP outside of QuickBooks is preferred
