Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the successful implementation of SAP CPI and EDI systems.
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Use your Supply Chain Management knowledge to oversee inventory and improve operational efficiency.
Process and manage customer credit applications accurately.
Maintain comprehensive records of customer credit activities.
Utilize Google Cloud Platform for effective data management and analytics.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
Apply SAP Manufacturing expertise to optimize operational processes.
Regularly assess and refine processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in Supply Chain Analysis.
Proficiency in SAP Ariba, SAP Manufacturing, and general SAP systems.
Practical experience with CPI and Google Cloud Platform.
Understanding of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems.
Strong background in Supply Inventory and Supply Chain Management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards is an advantage.
