We are seeking a detail-oriented problem solver with strong project management skills to excel in a dynamic remote environment. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in customer master data management, EDI setup, and SAP.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Master Data Management: Act as the go-to expert for Customer Master Data (CMD) setup and management, ensuring accuracy in data governance, creation, validation, and changes for both active and discontinued customer records in SAP.
Collaboration: Partner with Business Units, Shared Services, and IT teams to manage data governance and strategies for obsolete or discontinued products.
Data Integrity: Oversee the complete data setup process from request processing to validation, ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout.
EDI Support: Provide administrative support for SAP CMD, including coordinating EDI setup for new customer accounts and managing EDI CMD-related tasks.
Process Coordination: Work with business process owners and manage business process testing to ensure timely data exchange and SAP setup milestones.
New Goods Creation: Review and approve new finished goods creation requests, assign UPC codes, and attach new art files to SAP PLM document records.
What We're Looking For
Experience: At least 2-3 years in ERP customer/vendor roles, with proficiency in SAP ECC and WMS ERPs.
Skills: Strong data entry, problem-solving, and change management abilities. Experience in maintaining user documentation and tracking logs is essential.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication both in-person and virtually.
Resilience: Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Curiosity: Eagerness to learn and understand new concepts and technologies.
Work Details
Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM CST
