Description

Are you a talented Supply Chain Manager ready to take on an exciting challenge? This dynamic role allows you to lead vendor and inventory management efforts in a fully remote capacity, providing a significant opportunity to make an impact as part of a growing company dedicated to transforming the home services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Vendor & Inventory Management: Oversee all aspects of vendor and inventory management, including materials and equipment purchasing.
  • Cost Reduction: Work on reducing expenses by ensuring vendors adhere to negotiated pricing and volume rebates, ensuring branches purchase from preferred vendors, and sharing best practices for purchasing and logistics.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various operational areas including purchasing, receiving, warehouse operations, and vehicle management.
  • Efficient Technician Support: Foster a culture that prioritizes efficient technician support, ensuring they have the materials they need in the most effective way possible.

Requirements

  • HVAC Experience: Previous experience in HVAC, preferably with OEM or distributor roles, is required.
  • Vendor Management: Proven experience in managing vendors effectively.
