Senior System Analyst (Finance & Accounting)

Fall Creek is creating a world with better blueberries through its friendly, collaborative team spread across the globe. To help us accomplish this, we are seeking a qualified Senior System Analyst (Finance & Accounting). This position will be a remote position based in the United States.

The Fall Creek Senior NetSuite Systems Analyst will help lead the implementation and optimization of NetSuite with a primary focus on Accounting & Finance. The position requires a high degree of understanding of ERP business processes in those focus areas of Accounting/ & Finance.

What you'll do at Fall Creek:

• Lead the implementation and optimization of NetSuite, specifically focusing on 1) Accounting, & Financial. 2) Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Sales
• Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite scripts and workflows to enhance business processes.
• Conduct end-to-end testing to validate system functionality and performance.
• Provide functional expertise and guidance on NetSuite capabilities and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite configurations and customization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into system implementations.
• Prepare and deliver training to users on NetSuite functionalities as needed.
  
  

What you bring to Fall Creek:

• Minimum 8 years of experience with Strong understanding of ERP business processes
• 5+ years working with the NetSuite application, minimum of 4 full lifecycle implementation is a must with hands-on configuration and customization capacities.
• Experience with multi-subsidiary, multi-currency and intercompany based transaction flow and accounting in a global organization.
• Strong experience in scripting and creating workflows within NetSuite.
• Experience with NetSuite integration & back-end data connectivity applications.
• Experience with data migrations from legacy systems into NetSuite.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Supply Chain, Information Technology, MIS, or related field required, Master’s degree is a plus
• Relevant certifications in NetSuite are highly preferred.
