Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders, management, product owner and SMEs to translate business requirements into well architected cloud-based solutions. Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems.
• Design and architect scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions based on business requirements, industry best practices, and Salesforce capabilities.
• Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality.
• Guide multi-discipline technical and non-technical teams (e.g., business analysts, configurators, developers, etc.)
• Own the functional solution and guide the team through each stage of delivery from project initiation through project completion, including solution definition, design, implementation, and hand-off.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.
• Consult and work with multiple Agile / Scrum teams to achieve coordinated and on-time deliveries.
• Produce process maps, system diagrams, logical data models, and other documentation.

Requirements:

• B. S. in Computer Science or related field
• Active Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce system architect or Application architect
• Excellent communication skills; business-facing written, presentation and verbal communications skills.
• 5+ years of experience in salesforce solution architecture and implementation.
• Strong background in CRM processes, business analysis and project management.
• Understanding of E2E lifecycle of Salesforce development collaborating with multiple engineers
• Understanding of the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud and common AppExchange solutions
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration, customization an integration using APEX, Visualforce, Lighting Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, database design and software development lifecycle
• Experience in Agile Methodology
• Experience in CI/CD Salesforce services and processes.
