People Operations Executive with vast experience in Technology, Manufacturing, & Residential Construction

Position Summary:

This individual will help execute an overall talent acquisition strategy and Corp employer branding through recruitment efforts, managing external job boards, managing the employee referral program, managing recruiting resources, and building external relationships to ensure a pipeline of top talent for the organization. Role will also include some HR Generalist duties.


This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office at our Ball Ground , GA location.



Position Responsibilities:

· Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from screening applicants to sourcing for the best talent from diverse backgrounds in order to meet the needs of the business.

· Work with the VP and Manager, HRBPs & Programs on creating a world class talent acquisition strategy to ensure the best candidate/employee experience

· Responsible for recruitment operational excellence including; evaluate current processes and tools for improvement; standardize process and tools for global roll-out; and execute processes and usage of tools accurately

· Create job descriptions and postings, recruit talent, conduct interviews, and hire talent

· Partner with hiring managers to discuss hiring initiatives, understand job requirements, find top talent and provide recruitment best practice guidance

· Responsible for overseeing external job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn for the respective regions.

· Responsible for building external relationships with professional associations.


Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

· Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

· Experience hiring in various industries with a variety of positions such as; engineers, production/warehouse, professional, technical, and leadership

· Knowledge of applicant tracking systems; ADP WFN is a plus

· Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks

· Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates

· Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize daily workload

· Creative thinker and proactive problem solver

· A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude

Position Qualifications:

Education:

· Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, HR Management or related field is an asset

Experience:

· 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment

. ATS experience, preferably ADP WFN
