Location: Portland Metro Area – Hybrid worksite weekly onsite

Salary: $90K+ DOE + Commissions

Job Overview:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with a prominent company in the Portland Metro area to recruit a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role will involve providing a "white-glove" recruiting experience and collaborating closely with leadership to enhance and cultivate the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy:

  • Develop and execute strategies for direct sourcing of passive and active candidates aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive full-cycle strategic recruitment plans and processes to attract top-tier talent.
  • Ensure a streamlined candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and hiring process.
  • Manage and optimize the recruitment workflow to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with dermatology residency programs and other strategic talent sources.

Pipeline Management:

  • Identify and engage untapped sources of passive candidates through innovative outreach strategies.
  • Build and maintain a robust recruitment pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates to foster long-term relationships and ensure a consistent talent pipeline.

Requisition Management:

  • Manage approximately 25 requisitions, focusing on higher-level, concierge-level recruiting rather than high volume.
  • Ensure seamless requisition management workflows, from requisition approval to candidate placement.

Provider Interviewing & Hiring:

  • Collaborate with regional leadership to facilitate on-site candidate experiences, ensuring all relevant parties are engaged.
  • Implement a concierge recruitment experience, managing travel arrangements, follow-up communications, and candidate engagement activities.
  • Work with the provider recruitment committee to strategize contract negotiations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Project Management:

  • Lead regular recruiting meetings, maintaining agendas and documenting meeting minutes.
  • Facilitate effective internal communications with the recruitment committee and other stakeholders.
  • Manage recruiting project management boards to ensure accuracy and timeliness of recruitment activities.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to establish and track recruiting metrics.
  • Implement, optimize, and maintain recruiting pages, social media accounts, mailings, and newsletters.
  • Refine Applicant Tracking System processes and workflows to support efficient hiring practices.

Event Planning:

  • Lead coordination of various annual conferences and career networking events.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events on behalf of the organization.
  • Manage the collection and follow-up of event leads to enhance candidate engagement and recruitment outcomes.

Administrative:

  • Manage relationships with third-party partners including legal advisors, external recruiters, and physician recruiting platforms and databases.
  • Oversee the recruitment budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Strategic Recruiter, with a focus on healthcare settings.
  • Experience in physician recruitment is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with C-level executives.
  • Proven track record of implementing recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
