What You'll Do
As a Senior Travel Advisor, you'll be the go-to person for creating unforgettable travel experiences for both business and leisure travelers. You'll use your extensive knowledge and personal experiences to sell luxury travel, including hotel stays, flights, cruises, rental cars, and tour packages. Your main goal will be to build long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they come back to you for their future travel needs.
Key Responsibilities
Crafting and selling international and domestic travel itineraries
Building and maintaining relationships with clients
Providing expert advice and recommendations based on personal travel experiences
Managing travel arrangements from start to finish
Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction to encourage repeat business
What We're Looking For
Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience as a travel advisor in a corporate or leisure travel setting.
Accreditation: An existing IATAN PRIN or equivalent accreditation.
Skills: Strong sales drive, exceptional organizational skills, and an immaculate eye for detail.
Education: High school diploma required; college degree in business, sales, or marketing preferred.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple systems and web browsers, proficient in Microsoft Office, and can type at least 30WPM.
Availability: Able to work irregular hours and some evenings to support customers.
Remote Work: Must maintain regular business hours while working from home.
