About the Role:

As a UX Designer at CloudIQ Technologies, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our enterprise software solutions. You will collaborate closely with product management, product owners, and development teams to ensure our products meet the needs of our users and align with business goals. Your work will directly impact the usability and effectiveness of our clients and other B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
3. Collaborate with product management and product owners to define and refine requirements and ensure alignment with user needs and business objectives.
4. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of design assets and successful implementation.
5. Develop and maintain design systems and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
6. Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization.
7. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably with a focus on enterprise software solutions.
2. Experience in B2B and healthcare-related projects is preferred but not required.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design work, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
4. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CS, or similar.
5. Solid understanding of design systems, user-centered design principles, and design processes.
6. Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
7. Working knowledge in Angular, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred but not required.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
