We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Vice President to lead and manage our Emission Solution Services.

Position Overview:

The SVP will oversee three main service lines in North America: Real-Time Air Monitoring (Sensible), Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR), and Optical Gas Imaging (OGI). This executive leadership role requires strategic planning for both current markets and future opportunities, particularly in response to new environmental regulations. The SVP will be instrumental in overseeing the product development of new technologies, including hardware, software, and field services, to ensure we remain competitive and offer our clients the best solutions for reducing air emissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Leadership and Successorship:

  • Oversee and manage the Real-Time Air Monitoring, LDAR, and Optical Gas Imaging divisions.
  • Ensure each division operates optimally within budgeted P&L.
  • Foster a strong, positive company culture across all divisions and geographies.
  • Assist service lines' operations staff in navigating any roadblocks and ensuring optimal performance while retaining valued employees.
  • Attract and develop talent. Build successorship at all levels. Advance women leaders.


Strategic Planning and Product Development:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for current markets.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities in response to evolving environmental regulations.
  • Ensure that there is a solid structure in place to maintain a high quality of work for our clients
  • Oversee the development of new technologies (hardware, software, and field services).
  • Ensure our products and services remain competitive and meet the highest standards of excellence.


Business Development and Growth:

  • Leverage experience in creating businesses from the ground up to drive growth and innovation.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of successful business development and creating a robust organizational culture.
  • Monitors emerging technology developments and identifies innovations that align with the Company’s objectives.
  • Provides recommendations for new/altered technologies that would contribute to the Company’s competitive advantage in the marketplace.
  • Ensure the sales and marketing teams are aligned with the corporate strategy.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to meet expected sales quotas
  • Foster an environment of collaboration across service lines and multiple industry segments
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in air emission management
  • Accomplished developer of talent and history of having successors in place
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline, from an accredited university
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and market analysis.
  • Strong background in product development, including hardware, software, and field services.
  • Extensive experience with budget management and achieving financial targets.
  • Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel/management
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Solid organization and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize deliverables and meet demanding deadlines
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Track record of creating and growing businesses successfully from inception.
  • Must be dynamic and enthusiastic, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve success.
  • The position will require frequent travel to the various office and project locations in USA and Canada.
