Base pay range

$300,000.00/yr - $360,000.00/yr

The Senior Vice President, Analytics and Reporting will play a pivotal role in driving performance and enhancing decision-making processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will not only have experience leading a high-performing analytics team, but also will have a strong background in developing reporting solutions for distributed audiences across a multi-location operating model. This individual will be directly involved in strategic interventions with TAG leadership, leading cross-functional teams to identify solutions to critical business problems while ensuring that we continue to build our understanding and knowledge of patients, future trends, and the competition to ensure we have a competitive advantage in the marketplace.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Insights:

  • Develop insights and recommendations that influence executive decision-making through gathering and analyzing of financial, clinical and patient data.
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders across the organization to diagnose problems and develop well-rounded insights and recommendations.
  • Shape and develop the strategy for data, analytics and insights, and lead the vision for the group.
  • Provide strategic leadership, offering both conceptual and practical solutions and recommendations to TAG leadership and building compelling business cases for new solutions.


Performance Management Reporting:

  • Develop and implement robust reporting strategies to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across various business functions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across brands to identify performance metrics and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Create high-quality, tailored reporting solutions that cater to the diverse needs of distributed providers and operational teams.
  • Establish communication channels to gather feedback from end-users and continuously improve reporting processes.


Data / Tool Expertise:

  • Provide transformational leadership related to the TAG data and analytics strategy in order to drive strong, consistent performance management processes across all brands
  • Leverage Tableau (or other similar tools) to design and implement interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports.
  • Stay updated on best practices and new features to optimize reporting capabilities and user experience.
  • Lead cross functional teams across FP&A, IT and Data Engineering teams to maintain data governance, integrity and security.


Self-Pay Pricing and Insurance Analytics

  • Oversee development and maintenance of self-pay pricing strategy and process across multiple lines of business
  • Oversee payor-related analytics in support of 3rd-party payor negotiations
  • Proactively partner with corporate and field teams to implement and improve core processes related to pricing and insurance negotiations.


Team Leadership:

  • Build and lead a high-performing analytics and reporting team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, patient focus, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Over 10 years of leadership experience in a highly cross-functional, results driven environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing reporting solutions in a multi-unit retail / healthcare environment.
  • Extensive expertise in Tableau and other relevant analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Solid understanding of data governance principles and best practices.

Salary: $300,000 - $360,000 + bonus opportunity + equity.
