Senior Vice President

I'm working alongside a multi $BN+ revenue national Top ENR GC, who are in the midst of a rapid growth phase. Due to their strong backlog in the Data Center space they are a seeking a Senior Vice President to spearhead the continued growth of their national Mission Critical business unit.

Client Details:

• Top ENR across - Mission Critical, Life Science, Manufacturing, Commercial, Distribution.
• Typical projects ~ $200M and have successfully delivered multiple exceeding $1Bn.
• Have a $Bn+ backlog of Data Center construction projects across the US.
• Have won numerous best place to work awards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a $500M+ construction program.
• Run $10M+ P&Ls.
• Meeting business objectives and developing year to year growth strategy.
• Business development - help expand their client network.
• Lead strategic initiatives & go-to-market strategy.
• Manage large, cross-functional teams.
• Coach and support team members with tasks you assign them.
• Accountable for the overall performance of all construction projects and contracts for the division.

Profile Requirements:

• Experience leading large Data Center construction programs..
• At least 20 years experience in the construction industry.
• Leadership and management experience.
• Embracing innovative and new construction technology.
• The fortitude to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
